Chukwuemeka Osoagbaka a graduate of Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, with a master’s degree from the Lagos state University in International relations and strategic studies is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of International affairs. He represented Ikwuano state constituency in the Abia state House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015 and has been adjourned the best House of assembly representative Ikwuano has produced since 1960. Establishing the first degitalized constituency office in Ikwuano with an employment of over Fifteen Ikwuano indigenes during his tenure amongst other accomplishments. He is people oriented and has continued to work towards the socio economic development of Ikwuano

Awa Jeremiah Chinedu a graduate of Biochemistry in faculty of Natural & Applied Sciences (NAS) in University of Uyo ,Akwa-Ibom State.
I Obtained my NYSC in Bauchi State 99/2000.
2007 I was appointed a supervisory councilor on Health and Sports in Ikwuano Local Government Area.
2011,I was appointed as a Deputy transition Chairman, Ikwuano..few months later I was the acting local government chairman.
2019. I was appointed as the Coordinator Ikwuano zone,waste Management (ASEPA).
I am people oriented and have continued to work towards the socio economic development of Ikwuano.

Evangelist Abraham Osondu

My expertise is drawn from two main areas: Academics and Management Consultancy. I spent 30 years in Academics in the United Kingdom and 25 years concurrently in Management Consultancy. I held joint positions of Rector at Andy Davidson College London, and Associate Course Director Foundation Degree in Accounting at London South Bank University in partnership with Lambeth College London. I was the Principal Consultant Andy Davidson Associates Limited London, and consulted for large organisations, including the City of London Corporation(the richest Local Government in Europe). I was a former Vice President, Association of Nigeria Academics in the United Kingdom. Since relocating to Nigeria in 2011, I have consulted for Ogun State Government, Rivers State Government(Iriebe Housing Estate: Obi Igbo) and Star Paper Mills Public Limited Company Aba, Abia State. I was Director /Coordinator Business/Skills Development, Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Ethics and Values between 2012 and 2015. I have been serving as the Chief Liaison Officer to Rep. Sam I. Onuigbo from 2015 to 2023(Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency of Abia State, Nigeria). I have also authored a Cost Accounting Book. I am a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants U.K. and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute of the United Kingdom.

Emmanuel Ifeanyichukwu Uke

Emmanuel Ifeanyichukwu Uke hails from Amapu Awomukwu in Ikwuano LGA of Abia State. He is a doctoral degree holder in Clinical Psychology with a post-graduate certification in Childhood and Adolescence Disorders. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Counseling with emphasis on Addiction, Chemical Dependency, and Substance Abuse, graduating with honors. Emmanuel is licensed by the Texas State Department of Health Services and is also a trained Autistic Behavioral Analyst.

Emmanuel has held several executive positions, including Executive Director, Executive President, Chief Executive Officer, Senior Business Analyst, and Chief Financial Officer of multi-million dollar businesses and Non-Governmental-Not-for-Profit Foundation. Additionally, he is a philanthropist, humanitarian, and social justice advocate.

Emmanuel has served in various capacities in his parochial unions, including the Ikwuano National Association USA/Canada, the Ikwuano/Umuahia Association, the Ikwuano Progressive Club, and the Abia State National Association USA/Canada. He was appointed to serve in the United States Selective Services by both the Obama and Trump administrations and still holds the position of the United States Selective Services Appeal Board member-Southwest. He is a senior member of Lions Club and Noble Peace Club.

Emmanuel’s exceptional research skills have earned him recognition as a prolific freelance writer. His seasoned writing styles include speech writing, inspirational writing, research papers, satires, poetry, and political punditry.

 Emmanuel’s articles have been featured in various internet forums, media blogs, and online news feeds. Additionally, he has a strong background in public relations and image building.

Emmanuel’s personal philosophy revolves around the belief that it takes a village to raise a child, and no child should be left alone to suffer. He strongly advocates for teaching children how to fish, rather than feeding them fish, as it ensures long-term success. Emmanuel is a devoted Christian and a proud father of six children, three of whom are adopted. 

He holds honorary titles of “Igurube Abia” and “Okeosisi Ikwuano.” He also holds a chieftaincy title of “Ugochinyere Mba 1 of Ugwu Ibere.

Pedro Ramey Onyegbula Azuogu was born in Adiabo, Calabar, Cross River State, of an Igbo parentage from Ndieke, Ikemba Autonomous Community, Ariam – Usaka Clan in Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State of Nigeria. He had his Primary Education in Ariam – Usaka Central School, Obugwu 1975. He had his Secondary Education in Ikwuano Secondary School, Ariam 1981. He worked with the African Continental Bank (ACB) in Lagos be tween 1983-1985. He was trained as a Lawyer at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1997.He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2000 (Being Member of the Millenium Lawyers). He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Peace & Conflict Resolutions and he is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a trained Human Rights Activist, a Humanitarian and a Politician.
Barr. P. R. O. Azuogu practiced Law for eighteen (18) years in Umuahia (most of his briefs being pro-bono due to his Human Rights background). During this period he joined politics and was elected the Leader of Ikwuano Legislative Council in 2008. He was a Part-Time Law Lecturer in Imo State University, Umuahia Study Centre and Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (2001-2007). He was Legal Adviser, Ikwuano Local Government Area (2005-2007). He was the Secretary Abia State Land Allocation/Verification Committee (2011). He was Chairman Abia State Civil Societies and Chairman Abia State Branch of Nigerian Red Cross Society (2013-2017).
The humanitarian and voluntary activities of Barr. Azuogu in Abia State led the Nigerian Red Cross to move him to her Headquarters, Abuja in 2017 to assume the position of Assistant Sectary – General on full employment. After three years with the Red Cross, he went back to his private legal practice in Abuja. As a man who attracted Borehole, Primary School (with 3 Blocks), Secondary School (with 2 Blocks) and Health Centre to his Community and political Ward, his developmental antecedents speaks eloquently.
